We recommend you print your poster in the size of 42 inch tall by 66 inch wide.

If your order is placed by 12 noon Central Time on Tuesday, November 26, shipping will be $5 per poster.

Orders placed between 12 noon Central Time on Tuesday, November 26, and the deadline of Tuesday, December 3, at 12 noon Central Time will incur a $20 fee per poster for expedited shipping to ensure the poster will arrive before the meeting. This fee will be collected at the time your order is placed.

The last day to upload your poster for printing and pick-up at the Convention Center is Tuesday, December 3, at 12 noon Central Time.

Each poster will be wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve, then placed in its own individual heavy gauge cardboard tube with metal reinforced end-caps, and will be available for pick up at the Poster Pick-Up Counter located in the Registration Area, in the West Salon of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
